If you are stung by a honeybee, you may experience symptoms in different parts of your body, as mentioned below:  

• Itching at the site of the sting 
• Pain, swelling at the site of the sting 
• Increased heart rate 
• Vomiting and nausea  
• Abdominal cramps  
• Diarrhoea
