Ingredients :
- 2 turkey tenderloins, about 2 1/2 lb
- OPTIONAL MARINADE
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp fine sea salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (sometimes called sweet paprika)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
Instructions :
- Mix all of the turkey marinade ingredients in a shallow medium-size bowl.
- Add 1-2 pounds of turkey tenderloins to the marinade and coat the turkey. Marinate for at least 30-60 minutes and up to 24 hours.
- Remove the turkey from the marinade and discard it (the marinade not the turkey ;).
- Preheat an air fryer basket or oven to 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
- Place the turkey tenderloins in the air fryer and cook it on 400 F for a total of 20-25 minutes, flipping it over half way through air frying.
- Let the turkey rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Just a quick marinade is all that’s needed to make air fried turkey tenderloins, but if you have the time you can leave the turkey in the marinade for up to 24 hours.
To skip the marinade you can simply coat the turkey in olive oil and season with salt and pepper, or a turkey rub seasoning and cook it using our air fryer cook time and temperature.
The cooking time can vary depending on your air fryer model. Use our timing as a guide and we highly recommend that you use a digital meat thermometer and cook it until the temperature reaches 165 F when checked in the thickest part of the turkey breast tenderloin.
