- Air Fryer
- Optional: Meat Thermometer
INGREDIENTS :
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp rosemary
- ½ tsp sage
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Optional: 1 tsp parsley flakes
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Use a paper towel to pat the chicken dry.
- In a small or shallow bowl, combine the spice mixture with the olive oil and then brush the chicken with oil mixture on both sides.
- Once each piece of chicken is coated with olive oil and seasonings, place the pieces of chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Next, you cook at 380 degrees F for 8-10 minutes on each side.
- Cook until golden brown, and the chicken has an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
NOTES
- Combining the oil with the spice mix, will make the seasoning stick to the chicken.
- Cook times may vary, depending on the thickness.
- I use 5-6 ounce chicken breast when I make this recipe.
- Serve chicken warm.
