KETO AIR FRYER CHICKEN BREAST

EQUIPMENT

  • Air Fryer
  • Optional: Meat Thermometer

INGREDIENTS   :

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  • ½ tsp sage
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Optional: 1 tsp parsley flakes

INSTRUCTIONS  :

  • Use a paper towel to pat the chicken dry.
  • In a small or shallow bowl, combine the spice mixture with the olive oil and then brush the chicken with oil mixture on both sides.
  • Once each piece of chicken is coated with olive oil and seasonings, place the pieces of chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Next, you cook at 380 degrees F for 8-10 minutes on each side.
  • Cook until golden brown, and the chicken has an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

NOTES

  • Combining the oil with the spice mix, will make the seasoning stick to the chicken. 
  • Cook times may vary, depending on the thickness.
  • I use 5-6 ounce chicken breast when I make this recipe.
  • Serve chicken warm.
