INGREDIENTS :
- 1 pound chicken breast cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 medium green bell pepper cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 medium red bell pepper cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 medium red onion cut into 2 inch pieces
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce
For Steak Kabobs
- 1 pound steak cut into 2 inch pieces
INSTRUCTIONS :
- If you are using chicken, pat cut it into pieces about two inches in size. For steak, cut it the same way, just skip rinsing it. Set the meat aside.
- Cut the bell peppers and onion into two inch pieces.
- To assemble the kabobs, just thread them on the skewer in any order or pattern you like.
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket, or in the tray and brush a light coating of BBQ sauce onto each piece, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
- For steak, I cook the kabobs at 400 degrees F for 6 minutes on each side. For the chicken, I cook them at 380 degrees F for 5 minutes on each side.
